The Taylor Consumer Insights team is a key component of Taylor’s Brand Counsel Group, providing insights that inspire the strategic and creative process on behalf of all 15 client partners. Our team, which collaborates daily with the Brand Planning, Digital and Account leads, conducts primary, secondary and syndicated research across a wide range of categories, brands and consumer segments to uncover key trends and actionable insights.

Most importantly, we recognize that consumer research is multi-layered and requires the continuous application of innovative approaches and designs to ensure our client partners identify the underlying consumer and category insights that yields business impact.
